Welcome to Werewolf Training
Werewolf Training was first introduced on Project Swole back in November of 2009 and it exploded in popularity. The Werewolf Training workouts have proven to be extremely effective for strength gains, muscle gains, and even fat loss. The “Werewolf Training” moniker is a perfect metaphor for the transformation you will go through in your journey to find the animal within. To become a beast both inside and out.
This website has two main goals:
- Tracking. To track the transformations of a handful of Werewolf Training followers. By tracking your transformations you’ll discover the Werewolf in you and what it takes to unleash the beast. Be prepared to share your workouts, diet, supplement use, and general lifestyle habits used during your journey. Post your before and after photos, size measurements, weight loss, strength gains, etc…
- Information. To provide more information on how to eat, train, and live life for Werewolf Training. To make the most of these routines you need to master the exercises, develop a connection between your mind and your muscles, perfect your eating habits, and adjust your lifestyle for extreme health and recuperation.
